Vendors must ensure that all property details, pricing, and images are accurate, legal, and currently available. PropertyNex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listing that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates our policies.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in spamming, data scraping, distributing malware, or posting offensive, discriminatory, or false content. Any attempt to disrupt the platform's infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
5. Fees & Payments
Basic browsing is free, but PropertyNex may charge fees for premium features (e.g., featured listings). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We use secure third-party gateways and do not store raw credit card details.
6. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to maintain a high-quality marketplace, PropertyNex does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property details or vendor credentials provided on the platform. Users should conduct their own verification.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, logos, software, and graphics on this platform are the intellectual property of PropertyNex. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our property is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
PropertyNex acts solely as a bridge between buyers/tenants and vendors. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or financial damages arising from real estate transactions, disputes, or interactions between users.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account, without prior notice, if we detect fraudulent activity, continuous policy violations, or abusive behavior towards other users or our support team.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
